About Dr. Natalia Kuzmina
PhD, LCMFT/LMFT, Certified EMDR Therapist

My name is Dr. Natalia Kuzmina, PhD, LCMFT/LMFT, Certified EMDR Therapist. I provide online therapy for adults across Florida, Georgia, and Kansas.
As a therapist, my mission is to help you break free from cycles of trauma, relationship distress, and emotional pain—so you can reclaim your sense of self and experience life fully.
My Approach
My clients are often survivors of narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, or relationships marked by manipulation and emotional neglect. Many arrive feeling exhausted from always being the “fixer,” the peacekeeper, or the strong one. They struggle to set boundaries, feel guilty for saying no, and often find themselves in relationships where their needs are overlooked.
If you’re a chronic caregiver or people-pleaser, or if you’ve never had the chance to build healthy boundaries, you are not alone. I help you break these patterns and build a life where you feel safe, valued, and in control.
I place significant emphasis on exploring intergenerational patterns and family history. By understanding the origins of your current behaviors, we can identify why these protective mechanisms developed. You’ll learn to consciously choose yourself and attune to your own body and mind rather than reflexively accommodating others.
I use evidence-based and somatic approaches, including EMDR, therapeutic hypnosis, and ego state therapy, to target root causes—not just symptoms. My mission is to help survivors break trauma bonds, regain agency, and build a stable sense of self.
